The current global market trends, their globalization, openness and constant technological development have led to the rapid creation of various types of new companies, one of which is start-ups. This rapid development has resulted not only the emergence of new management structures, the improvement or invention of various technologies, but also the high percentage of start-ups failure during their first years of activity. There is a lot of scientific literature analyzing the start-ups phenomenon, their activities, the challenges in their development and the aspects of organizational learning, bet there is a lack of holistic approach between these components and the solutions how start-ups in their activities could avoid or minimize emerging challenges or how they overcome organizational learning. |
