In this work, the links between the psychological workplace climate and employee well-being in Lithuanian educational institutions are analyzed. Defined the conception of psychological workplace climate and the workers well-being, listed the components of these constructs. Methodology based on quantitative survey. 220 respondents - employees of various educational organizations - were questioned. Studies have identified statistically significant correlations between the psychological workplace climate and employee welfare components: stress, burnout, job satisfaction, engagement, confidence in the organization, and interpersonal confidence. . |
