The need for project management techniques and tools in organizations is due to the increasingly complex tasks they face. Increasingly, organizations need to pay more attention to stakeholders in ongoing projects in order to ensure competitiveness and maintain stability in a changing environment and to achieve their goals. Stakeholder behavior and stakeholder management can be key success factors for project portfolio management. Both research and general practice show that the ability of stakeholders to influence projects leads to successful project management and implementation. |
