Abstract [eng] Relevance of the topic. Work is not just a livelihood for modern employees. Organizations need to change and adapt to the changing societies in order to attract new and retain existing employees. One of the key aspects is the recognition of the concept of a career in the workplace, where career is viewed through the prism of sustainability. The center of sustainability is the human. Sustainable career enables employees to find jobs, stay healthy, productive and satisfied with their work. This helps to reconcile work and personal life and avoid the conflict situations. Although there has recently been to talk about the development of the sustainable career in the organizations, there is a lack of analysis, how a sustainable career model can be applied to project managers. In order to achieve the effective results of project managers and successful management of project managers, it is important to find out the aspects that are essential for a sustainable career for project managers. Therefore, the problematic question is, what dimensions lead to a sustainable career of project managers and how a sustainable career is realized in the organizations? Research object – the sustainable career dimensions of project managers. Aim of the work – to reveal the sustainable career expression of project managers. The main results of this research. After analyzing the scientific literature, a theoretical model has been developed, in which four sustainable dimensions of project managers' career are distinguished: health, happiness, productivity and work-life balance. The empirical study found that the respondents' productivity dimension is more important than the dimensions of happiness, health and work-life balance, but the work-life balance is better implemented in the organizations. Respondents appreciated the importance of dimensions rather than their realization in the organizations. The strongest link is between the dimensions of happiness and productivity, the weakest - between health and productivity dimensions. According to the results of male and female, the strongest link is between the dimensions of happiness and productivity. The opinions of men and women differ between health and happiness dimensions - according to the responses of men there is a stronger relationship (r = 0.565, p = 0.000) than according to the responses of women (r = 0.261, p = 0.016). According to the responses of men there is a stronger relationship between health and work and personal life dimensions (r = 0.588, p = 0.000) than according to the responses of women (r = 0.222, p = 0.041). The study found that women consider the feeling of happiness more important (mean = 104,1059) than men (mean = 99,8378).
