In a constantly changing business environment, a new approach to the organization is formed, as a system in which human resources become the most important, active part of the system that determines the achievement of the organisation's strategic goals. The transformation of the role of the Human Resources Department from the executive to the strategic partner is the cornerstone for ensuring the successful implementation of the organisation's strategy. There is a need for a change in the approach to human resources, realizing that the human resources department must not be limited to human resource management, but must pay particular attention to those human resource functions that influence the design and implementation of the organisation's strategy and at the same time create value for customers, shareholders, managers and employees. The ongoing changes in the role and approach of the human resources department initiate the upgrading of the competences, skills and knowledge of the Human Resources Department. Research question: What competencies of the Human Resources Department enable the human resources department to be implicated in shaping and implementing the organisation's strategy? Goal of research: to reveal the implication of the Human Resources Management Department in formulating and implementing the Organization Strategy. |
