Work aim - Reveal manager‘s competences in startup living cycle. In business market there are more and more startup’s are emerging, however 9 out of 10 startup’s are failing at very beginning of their life cycle. One of the reasons is ineffective management. When there is absence of competitive manager it appears a lack of employees’ integration and no inner motivation that’s why manager and his professional competitions are seen as one of the main factor which guarantee successful startup’s development. |
