In this doctoral dissertation novel 2H-furo[2,3-c]pyrazoles were synthesized via 5-endo-dig cyclisation reactions. Furthermore, functionalized pyrazoles via Pd catalyzed cross coupling Sonogashira reactions were used for cyclisation reactions in order to synthesize 2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridines with anticancer activity. Moreover, investigation of 4-aroylpyrazol-3-ols transformations to novel benzopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-4(2H)-ones were accomplished. Finally, synthesized 3- and 5-alkynylsubstituted pyrazoles were examined for their condensation reactions with various (het)aryl diamines to synthesize novel fluorescent pyrazolepyridobenzimidazole derivatives. |
