Buildings are an integral part of the city. As the population increases and technological trends prevail, the attitudes towards buildings and cities changing accordingly - they are beig called smart. They are subject to requirements depending on the problems they face. For smart cities and smart people, building requirements are divided into areas. Cities are focused on economy, people, power, mobility, environment, and life. When buildings include energy management, security, materials, environment, engineering systems, real-time monitoring, lighting. However, there are no detailed methods to determine the level of integration of the building's features in the smart city. The aim of the thesis is to find the connection between the smart building and the smart city and to develop a methodology that would evaluate it. Methods of work: analysis of scientific sources, practical examples. Analyzing smart peculiarities, practical examples of ten objects in individual smart cities. Interconnection and evaluation of the results of the researched objects, which showed trends, changes in communication between all participants and areas that need more attention to achieve maximum efficiency that meets needs and quality result. Created system can be developed by authors and used by future clients, real estate developers and contractors, creating smart buildings in smart cities Structure: introduction, literature analysis, methodology, research part, conclusions, references and appendixes. |
