Abstract [eng] |
Previous studies have shown that the emotional state and motivation of employees depend on age, gender, education and even the working environment. Thus, the factors determining the job satisfaction of the public sector organization are likely to differ from those of the private sector. However, scientific literature suggests that differences in job satisfaction between public and private sector workers depend not on the sectors themselves, but on the level of the hierarchy of employees, the content of the work and the circumstances of the choice of work. Therefore, this final project explores the factors that lead to job satisfaction in the public and private sectors. The object of this project is job satisfaction. The subject of the project is the job satisfaction of public and private sector employees. The aim of the project is to carry out a comparative analysis of job satisfaction factors of public and private sector organizations. Objectives of the project: to analyze the theoretical foundations of the factors influencing job satisfaction; to evaluate the differences between the public and private sector employees' job satisfaction factors; to investigate the determinants of job satisfaction among public and private medical organizations. The final project consists of an introduction, a summary, and two theoretical parts, justification of the empirical research, the results of the research, the conclusions and the list of literature. The first part of the project analyzes the concept of job satisfaction and the factors that determine job satisfaction. The second part of the project examines differences in job satisfaction among public and private sector employees. In the third part of the project empirical research is carried out - its justification is presented and a comparative analysis of the job satisfaction of the employees of public and private sector organizations is presented. This study found that the satisfaction of public and private sector employees was most affected by external factors as rewards, career opportunities and bonuses. Job satisfaction and internal factors (responsibility for work, communication between managers and employees, independent decision-making, good relationships with colleagues) have weak links in both private and public sectors. The project contains conclusions and a list of references. |
