The aim of this work, compare and assess use of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) to foreign and Lithuanian public procurement sector, make Multi Criteria evaluation of the BIM technology use in the Public procurement sector. The private sector is increasingly starting to use BIM for the preparation of project, but the public sector is doing so sluggish. This work aims to evaluate the advantages of BIM tchnology in the public procurement sector. |
