In the modern construction industry the availability of information to information technologies is necessary. Which increases labor productivity, quality, material and cost optimization. When implementing construction projects, it is important that the information is accessible to every organization that is involved with we construction, since only then will the construction be avoided and work will be more efficient. Each participant in the project has different priorities. However, when starting construction, they are dependent on other construction actors and information provided. It is therefore important that the new information be presented at the same time. And then you will avoid mistakes. In this work we present information on the application of BIM technology in construction. In the research part the influence of BIM technology of on construction was carried out.
