Abstract [eng] |
Customers, when purchasing design services at the lowest price, often get a poor project and then an object. During construction, additional money is required from the customer, as the required works were not provided at the design stage. Another consequence is the late completion of construction work. In order to rationalize the construction sector, various countries around the world are encouraging the use of BIM methodology, which saves money, minimizes errors and shortens the design process. In the master's thesis is performed a multi-criteria evaluation of the digital modeling for warehouse constructions. Master's thesis consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, references and 4 appendixes. The introductory part describes the theme exploration, relevance and novelty, the subject of the research, the purpose of the work, formulates the tasks of the work and presents the research methods used. At the end of the introduction, the structure of the work and the scientific articles prepared by the author are presented. The first chapter analyzes the main BIM models: 3D, 4D, 5D and 6D. The extent of use for digital modeling in the following countries is reviewed: US, Finland, United Kingdom, China, Australia, part of Europe and Lithuania. Submitted warehouse design requirements and recommendations of reviewed sources. The second chapter provides information on the methodology and software used for the study. The main methods of calculating the stability of structures were examined and the review of multi-criteria evaluation methods was performed. In the third chapter, performed study. Designed are four different warehouse structures made of wood, steel, reinforced concrete and combined (reinforced concrete and steel). Designing is done by digital modelling software „SCIA Engineer“. The models are compared according to stability of the structures, construction price, annual wear and fire resistance. For multi-criteria evaluation used the SAW method. Criteria for the significance were selected proportionally, as no expert survey was conducted. Based on the results, it is most rational to use a warehouse with reinforced concrete structures according to comparable criteria. The results and detailed investigation with conclusions is presented in the master's thesis. |
