Work relations without conditions provided in the employment contract are based on the expectations from both an employee and the organization, which are understood as psychological contract in the scientific literature. Nowadays in the world dominates wide emigration, changes demographic situation and because of that companies face with challenges to find loyal employees. To stay attractive for the employees in this competitive market, organizations must analyze needs of the employees to be able to offer attractive conditions for them. However, companies cannot forget about their own needs and because of that selection of employees as well as psychological contract become very important. One of the most relevant criterions of successful psychological contract is expectation compatibility. Organizations face with a problem related to difference of generations while trying to be attractive to employees. |
