Abstract [eng] |
Modern organizations are facing intensive labor market dynamics. As business world is constantly evolving, organizations that do not quickly and effectively consider the importance of change become obsolete, and therefore the need for constant change and adaptation emerges (Jacobsen, Stuber, 2018). Recently change and appropriate governance of it play an important role in an organization's life and its success, and the ability to adapt to change increases the productivity of the organization in all areas (Costanza, Finkelstein, 2015). Whether dealing with fundamental organizational reorganization issues or merely adjusting certain stages, organizations are confronted with resistance to change, and having many different generations of employees have to assess how to pursue and manage the change process between them (Beaman, 2012). |
