The aim of the study is to investigate the possibilities of using the LEAN concept in the public health service of Alytus clinic. Work tasks: 1. To analyze the problems of application of LEAN in health care organizations. 2. To study the theoretical aspects of applying the concept of LEAN in a health care organization. 3. Develop a theoretical model for applying the LEAN concept to a healthcare organization 4. To propose solutions for the application of the LEAN concept to the public hospital Alytus clinic. |
