| Abstract [eng] |
This paper presents the analysis of the factors which influence the operation, durability and reliability of heat exchangers. Major attention was devoted to the corro-sion influence while selecting the materials for manufac-turing heat transfer plates and tubes of heat exchangers. The paper presents the examples of the mostly occurring defects in the heat exchangers due to corrosion and other negative factors. Analysis of the chemical composition, mechanical and thermal properties of plates for heat ex-changers was done. Coating influence as performance pa-rameters and durability of connecting tubes of heat ex-changers were developed. Negative role of iron impurities in the water for corrosion of copper brazed junctures in HE was determined. An experimental investigation of stress-strain for different steels of connecting tubes, microhard-ness tests of cross-section of coated tube, relationship be-tween tensile strength and hardness of material were also estimated. |
