The final master’s project is intended to investigate the dependence of energy storage system size on different construction types of solar power plants. The paper reviews and analyzes the results of similar studies, which raise the problem that there is no detailed study of how different construction types of solar power plants affect the size of the battery energy storage system. The simulation study determines how different designs of solar power plants affect the required size of the battery energy storage system, taking into account different real energy consumption profiles. |
