| Abstract [eng] |
This master’s thesis analyses how technical constraints in a 110 kV transmission network can limit the integration of renewable energy sources. A simplified model of 110 kV network area was developed in the PSS/E environment, and a steady-state power flow analysis was performed. The study evaluates different network operating conditions and renewable energy expansion scenarios. After identifying the critical operating regime, three mitigation measures were compared: a battery energy storage system, network reinforcement, and electric vehicle charging flexibility. |
