| Abstract [eng] |
As modern organisations operate under conditions of increasing complexity, accelerating changes and innovation pressure, the ability not only to effectively manage planned processed, but also to purposefully respond to uncertain situations is becoming increasingly relevant. One of such forms is self-organised organisations, characterized by decentralization, autonomy and distributed responsibility. Hovewer, a decentralized structure does not ensure the emergence of innovative solutions, therefore it is important to understand under which conditions uncertainties can be transformed into purposeful action and organizational value. Considering that in self-organised organisations, innovations can emerge spontaneously as a phenomenon of emergent innovation, it is necessary to provide a structure for innovation emergence. In this context, creative problem-solving becomes important, which can enable emergence of innovations. Although self-organisation research is increasing, there is a lack of research on which self-organisation microprocesses allow problems to ble ttransformed into innovations. In addition, creative problem-solving has been researched mainly in hierarchical organizations and educational structures. |
