Plant nutrients, their importance and impact on plants, fertilizer raw materials , classification is discussed at the review of Master‘s thesis. Theory and technology of granular fertilizer production also have been investigated. In the experimental part, various raw materials have been analyzed and evaluated using various methods of chemical and instrumental analysis. Fertilizers of granular PK 4-13 grade were produced and analyzed. Based on the results of the research, the engineering part presents the principal technological scheme for the production of granular PK fertilizers and recommendations for the production of such fertilizers. At the end of the work, the requirements for occupational safety and health were discussed. The scope of the work consists of 67 pages that consists of literature review, methodological part, experiment and discussion, engineering part, occupational safety and health, conclusions and references used. |
