The Master's thesis carried out research in production technology of solid NPK fertilizers with bioactive additives. Manufacturing tests were performed and technological recommendations for their production and equipment were provided. The literature reviews the history of fertilization, their classification, granulation methods, trends in consumption, and effects on plants. Information on bioactive additives and the need for bacteria in today's agriculture is provided. The research part describes the raw materials used and discusses the methods of chemical analysis of fertilizers. Laboratory tests with bioactive additives were carried out and the fertilizer granulation properties as well as the chemical and physical parameters of fertilizers were determined. A production test for fertilizer NPK 5-15-30+S+Zn with a bioactive additive was also carried out and a technological improvement of the bacterial dosing was presented. Workplace safety and health solutions were put forward for a healthier and safer working environment. The work consists of 62 pages: introduction, literature review, research part, test results, recommendation part with manufacturing test conclusions, staff safety and health protection, conclusions and the list of references. The explanatory note contains 20 tables and 23 pictures. |
