Abstract [eng] |
It was investigated the influence of new materials such as cellulose ether and redispersible polymer powder to experimental tile adhesive standard parameters. There was prepared mixtures from ordinary Portland cement 45–50 %, cellulose ether 0.35–0.5 %, redispersible polymer powder 2–5 %, calcium formate 0.3 % and filler to 100 % dry mixture. It was found that these additives are not recommended to use in cement–based adhesives because the properties of ceramic tile adhesives in standard EN 12004 was not reached. Also in this work was investigated the granite dust influence to cement–based mortars. It was determined that when the filler was changed in the samples from 2 to 30 %, and with 12 % granite dust the highest strength after 7, 28 and 96 days of hydration was achieved. According to EN 13813 standards samples reached C25 strength class. |
