This work consists of azetidinil-1H-pirzole-carboxylic acid sythesis and its biological activity assesement. To fully examine the activity of these new acids four types of compunds were investigated. Ethyl-3-(azetidin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylates, 3-[1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)azetidin-3-yl]-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acids, 3-[5-(ethoxycarbonyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]azetidin-1-ium chlorides and 3-[5-carboxy-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]azetidin-1-ium chlorides. Ethyl-3-(azetidin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate compounds were obtained during condensation reaction with asymmetric β-diketones and monosubstituted hydrazine compounds. These azetidinyl-1H-pyrazole-ethylcarboxylates underwent hydrolysis and/ or N-Boc protecting group removal reactions to obtain previously mentioned pyrazole compunds. Structure of newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H, 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy and MS, HRMS spectrometry methods. |
