Abstract [eng] |
Compounds that are found in nature containing hydrazone structure and heterocycles have diverse biological properties. Some of them inhibit the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungi, cancerous cells, reduce pain, inflammation, and fever. The aim of this work was to synthesize new compounds that could have biological activity. Reactions were performed of 2,6-diethylaniline with itaconic and acrylic acids. During the reaction with itaconic acid, a pyrrolidinone-containing acid was obtained, and non-cyclic acid was produced during the reaction with acrylic acid. Monohydrazide and dihydrazide were obtained from these acids respectively. Both monohydrazide and dihydrazide formed hydrazone-containing compounds in the reaction with aromatic aldehydes. From the reactions of hydrazides and dicarbonyl compounds - dimethylpyrrole or dimethylpyrrazole ring containing compounds was obtained. Semicarbazides have been synthesized in the reaction of hydrazides with phenylizocyanate and phenylizothiocyanate, which were later heated with sodium hydroxide and formed the triazole structure, while heating with sulfuric acid produced - thiadiazole. The benzimidazole-containing compound was obtained by reacting the acid containing pyrrolidinone ring with phenylenediamine, and triazole was synthesized by reaction of monohydrazide with thiobenzamide. Antioxidative activity studies of some synthesized compounds were carried out, as well as the activity of some synthesized compounds against Mycobacterium marinum, Escherichia coli and Xanthomonas campestris bacteria. |
