Abstract [eng] |
During research, impact of ultrasound dispersed opoca and slag to cement hydration was tested, duration of ultrasound dispersion of opoka influence on sample hydration and hardening, opoca grinding kinetics and particle sizes were analyzed, finely milled and ultrasound dispersed opoca and slag different amount influence on sample hydration and hardening were determined. In order to determine optimal conditions and sample compositions, opoca (or slag) amount in all samples varied from 15 % to 25 %, ultrasound dispersion duration varied from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Samples were formed and hydrated for 28–84 days in water at 20 °C temperature. Cement samples analyzed by methods: X-ray diffraction analysis, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry (DSC–TG), FT–IR spectral analysis. |
