Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this work was to synthesize new pyrimidine and pyrazole-5-carboxylate derivatives containing enantiomerically pure cyclic amino acid fragments, and to determine the specific optical rotation angle of synthesized compounds. Reaction conditions were optimized to obtain pyrimidine and pyrazole containing compounds. Initial cyclic amino acids were used chirally pure. A study of the optical properties of thirteen compounds was performed. In this work, it was important to maintain a protective Boc-group in the synthesis of pyrazole derivatives, and to find out which pyrazole nitrogen atom joins a hydrazine substitute. The structure of the target products was confirmed by methods of analysis of 1H BMR, 13C BMR, 1H-15N HMBC, IR, MS and HRMS spectroscopy. |
