Abstract [eng] Contemporary life brings many challenges to schools and teachers who seek to meet the needs of society. It is a wide-known truth that education depends on context and particular circumstances. It also suggests that it is very important that teachers and educators would be able to share their individual knowledge, which they acquired and created in the education process as well as construct collective knowledge which allows to react to the challenges posed by the education process. Individual knowledge is described by the information gathered by the teacher while developing his competence, the use of methods and tools in the practical particular context. What has been mentioned earlier about the challenges faced by educators and the need for them to develop knowledge at individual and collective levels in developing their competence, is defined by knowledge management science as "organizational learning". In response to the challenges posed by the educational context, a specific study is required by a scientific problem: what kind of knowledge management system should and could be used in school to help teachers develop their competence in addressing the problem in an organization? In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to go deep into the knowledge management system at school as an object of research. The aim of this Master thesis is to reveal what knowledge management system should be implemented to help teachers develop their competencies. The main tasks of this Master thesis are: To theoretically justify the knowledge management system that helps teachers to develop their competencies; to base the research methodology on the knowledge management system in the school, which helps teachers to develop their competence; and to investigate the expressions of knowledge management system that helps teachers to develop their competencies and the value that teachers give it in a particular school.
