Abstract [eng] Since last two decades, both scientists and practitioners interest in individual‘s emotional intelligence grew up. The most widely covered area – the impact of emotional intelligence on leadership effectiveness, but service providers emotional intelligence and its importance for company relationships with consumers becomes more frequent subject of discussions for foreign scientists.
