Abstract [eng] |
Object of research – intercultural competence of employees. Objective of research – analysis of the expression of intercultural competence of employees in inclusive environment. To attain the objective, the following tasks have been set: examination of the conception and dimensions of intercultural competence; analysis of models for the development of intercultural competence; disclosure of preconditions for the cultural diversity management; analysis of the theoretical approaches to the creation and shaping of inclusive environment; and empirical assessment of the expression of intercultural competence of employees in an inclusive environment. Methodology of research that helped attaining the mentioned tasks included scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics and content analysis. |
