Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of this work is to study the change in energy efficiency parameters of doubly-fed induction generator when the speed of the rotor is being varied and the rotor winding currents are controlled by a semiconductor converter with field orientation control. Aim of this work is to define the effect on efficiency of an induction generator when there is a change in speed or load like it is defined by the IEC61800-9-2 standard. A mathematical model of doubly-fed induction generator and field orientation controlled converter is created. Doubly-fed induction generators of 1,5MW and 2MW power ratings were chosen for modelling. Analysis of the obtained results is provided. |
