| Abstract [eng] |
The objective of the Master’s final project was to analyse the expression of reflection on actions of leaders in personal leadership style development. To attain this objective, the following tasks were set: to substantiate theoretically the dimensions of leadership and its styles in the context of leadership theories; to analyse the conception and typology of reflection on action; to substantiate theoretically the formation of the leadership style from the reflection on action point of view; and to explore the expression of reflection on action by leaders in personal leadership style development. The tasks were implemented invoking scientific literature analysis and semi-structured interviews. The obtained findings of the empirical research were analysed using a content analysis method. |
