In today ‘s global world of change, rapidly changing education system, school, learning tools and relationship between teachers and pupils. Innovative technologies, globalisation, social and economic activities create new demands for schools and teaching careers. To successfully fulfil the teacher’s role in the digital 21st century, continuous improvement of teaching qualifications are required. The aim of this work – following a research to identify teacher’s opinion about usage of MOOC in the process of teachers’ competences development process, to develop a system for teachers to update their knowledge and skills. The results achieved – developed a test system of continuous professional development of teachers, and to evaluate its suitability, a teacher’s survey was conducted. |
