| Abstract [eng] |
The problem being solved in this work is how to improve capabilities of search in legal documents of Republic of Lithuania by expanding semantic annotation opportunities. Before creating the prototype of the annotation system the tools of legal documents and semantic annotation, search systems used in Lithuania and other foreign countries were analyzed. The findings revealed that current systems of legal documents of Republic of Lithuania are not effective. Therefore, functional and non-functional requirements were established, the system of automation of semantic annotation was designed, implemented and verified. The tests revealed that the implemented system of automation of semantic annotation works correctly and meets the set requirements. After the experiment was carried out, the findings revealed that this system returned approximately 26-32% less records than the existing systems. |
