This research seeks to design a measurement system to assess the innovation impact on business performance. For this purpose, existing research on innovation performance measurement was analyzed and the concept of innovation capability defined. Conceptual frameworks of various authors were studied and based on the findings, measurement system to assess the innovation impact on business performance was designed. The measurement system was then applied to assess the impact of One-Piece Flow manufacturing implementation on Littelfuse LT business performance. |
