In this master's thesis, analysis of the scientific material of Lithuanian and foreign authors, highlights the concept of real estate and introduce with factors that influence real estate and housing market. Some of the most popular real estate pricing methods are discussed. The practical part analyzes the dynamics of economic factors that have an impact on housing prices in Lithuania and the forecast for these indicators. The paper estimates the real estate price according to the multiple linear regression model for the period of 2018-2019 and the ARIMA model for the period 2018. |
