Abstract [eng] In the whole world at some point of start-ups activity they need to get some funding in order to reach their goals and create a real product not only a prototype of it. Since the venture capitalists invest the most into the startups, it is useful to know what they are seeking the most in the start-up. One of the reason of start-ups’ failure is lack of financing and investors’ interest, it may indicate that idea has too small business potential or that it is not presented in a way that captures investors’ interest. That may be caused by start-ups not having enough experience or knowledge about business making. Start-ups need some basic guidelines which can help them to reach investors and get funding in easier way. "You can have a great business, but it might just not be suitable for venture funding or maybe the startup is not in a segment the investor is interested in" (Fox, 2018). Startup financing is a very complex process, so in order to get funding, startups need to prepare before asking for investments.
