Abstract [eng] This paper examines Agile characteristics of human resources management strategy and practices. In particular, the concepts of "agile" and "agility" are explained and the structure of the Agile concept is described. It then discusses Agile HRM aspects and identifies Agile characteristics and HRM practices. Based on the set of selected characteristics and practices, a research model is developed. With the help of this model, attributes of Agile characteristics in HRM strategy and practices are analyzed in human resource departments of six Lithuanian medium-to-large enterprises by means of semi-structured in-depth interviews. Finally, a resume of the research results obtained and final conclusions are given to summarize the Agile attributes as identified in the HRM strategy and practices of the enterprises under investigation.
