The aim of this paper is to define the cross-cultural competence development opportunities for CUJO AI company. In order to reach the aim, the objectives were set as follows: 1. Outline the problems of cross-cultural competence research; 2. Perform theoretical analysis of cross-cultural competence evaluation and development; 3. Carry out an empirical research to evaluate the company’s cross-cultural competence as well as the best ways to develop it; 4. Suggest the best ways of cross-cultural competence development at CUJO AI company. |
