Abstract [eng] Globalization processes, rapid development of innovations and technologies, the desire to compete not only locally but also globally, structural changes in organizations, changes in legal regulation or state power, change of consumer needs, generations, economy, etc. - all this, obliges organizations to increase their competitive advantage in order to stay in the market by adapting or initiating changes in the organization. It can be emphasized that changes in organizations are unavoidable, as each organization experiences at least minimal changes every year, and larger changes take place every 4-5 years. This is the reason why it is necessary to analyze the linkage among types of leaders, resistance to change and measures of overcoming them, as often the resistance of the employees results from poor leadership and the inability to manage change processes. Different types of change leaders may have different linkage with processes of resistance change, which is why it is very important for organizations to identify the type of change leader that would allow employees to accept change.The aim of the research. To identify the linkage among types of change leaders, forms of change resistance and measures of overcoming resistance to change.
