Abstract [eng] |
Objective - To define work environment factors and the linkage between employee-organization fit in the context of generational diversity. The main element of this work is the labor market, employees who are divided by age into groups – cohorts (generations). The identification of differences between cohorts and the ability to reconcile the needs of employees to meet all the worker groups to help resolve the problem of generational diversity and to increase employee and the organization fit, to promote better organization of work and achievable results. |
