In the study it is analysed the impact of industrial digitisation on activities of manufacturing company. The aim is to find out the possible impact on manufacturing process efficiency, its changes because of digitisation technologies appliance. To find out the changes, it was decided to do a forecasting before and after the introduction of innovations and to compare results. Also it was decided to calculate the cost-effectiveness of such an investment by applying discounted cash flow method. The application of theoretical performance evaluation methods in the context of industrial digitisation is important too and it is necessary to check its adequacy, possible changes of adaptation. |
