The theoretical analysis has shown that the concept of social value-driven project portfolio management has been analyzed by scientists only partly. There are quite a lot of scientific research concerning the concept of project portfolio management, creating social value and project portfolio risk management. But there is a lack of systematic research that would combine all of these topics. There is a need for that as more and more organizations realize the importance of social value for successful management of organizational processes. Also, the experts state that most non-profit organizations have poor risk management skills and while these are the ones that mostly focus on creating social value, it is necessary to study this topic further. The final work object – project portfolio risk management based on creating social value. The final work aim – to develop a model for successful social value-driven project portfolio risk management. |
