Abstract [eng] In order to achieve their strategic goals, organizations are increasingly choosing a project form of work organization, since projects are the most appropriate way to implement a variety of organizational changes. Projects are used to implement many of the intended goals that will help the organization move towards the expected result, for example, to create a new product, service or even process. This form of work organization provides flexibility, which makes it possible to use limited resources more efficiently, to manage the organization more easily, which promotes business development. Often, organizations carry out more than one project, so they are combined into one or several project portfolios. Project portfolio management is considered to be a joint project and program management discipline. Project portfolio valuation and maximization of its value always remain an important issue in project portfolio management, and despite the complexity of these areas, this is one of the most pressing tasks of the organization's executives, as the value of project portfolio increases, as well as the benefits of the owners and shareholders of the organization. A proper project evaluation can respond to various project management issues, identify where errors occur and what needs to be changed.
