Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this paper is to propose a novel struc-ture glucose sensor which makes glucose level measurement system more convenient, increases measurement accuracy and gets the sensor that can be manufactured applying cheap manufacture processes. The main focus is made on the de-sign of viscoelastic cantilever type sensors with the embed-ded piezo-active functional element to drive micro cantile-ver in order to detect concentration of glucose in the physi-ological liquid. Analytical, numerical and experimental methods for design and analysis of viscoelastic sensor are presented. |
