Development trends of electronic devices (ED) were described. Structural diagram of control means is presented. Main features of ED manufacturing were introduced. Development conception for flexible integrated electronic manufacturing control systems (EMCS) was analyzed. Vision of EMCS purpose and state dynamics is presented. Principles of exointegration and endointegration were presented. Groups of principles for creating flexible EMCS were described. Algorithm for creating FAMS (flexible automated manufacturing system) and their EMCS was introduced. Methods for increasing EMCS efficiency were examined: choice of suitable hierarchical structure, planning of rational information ways, choice of control’s expedition. |
