In this paper a mathematical model of a milk freezing point measurement system is analyzed. The system work is based on correlation between milk composition components (milk fat, proteins and lactose) and milk conductivity. It was determined that mathematical model of the system can be expressed as an Ist degree polynom, the calculation of polynom coefficients is presented. Also a cryoscopic method of milk freezing point determination is presented. The principles of measurement system based on IR spectrometry are discussed. The experimental data an analysis are presented. |
