Abstract [eng] There is reasoned necessity of modeling of statistical dynamic influences for informational electronic systems (IES). There are distinguished two groups of dynamic influences, presented principals for their regimentation and methods of stochastic estimation. There are presented formulas for evaluation of dynamic influence to IES no failure. The method of statistical estimation is illustrated by modeling of short lasting electrical influences, but it can be used for modeling of influences of other groups.
