The main question analyzed in this article is estimation of the quality of interactive “user–user” services in the multi–operator structure. The stochastic evaluation of service quality parameter “delay time in limits” in the multi–operator structure and an example of quality estimation according to developed analytical model are presented in this work. The expressions for the estimation of assurance levels of gamma and exponential distributions were derived. Taking into account that the estimator of packets networks service quality in multi–operator environment is often disposing the two parameters only – the delay time and its assurance level of the individual network, the analytical expressions of delay time stochastic evaluations were proposed using probability distributions convolution methods. |
