Abstract [eng] The indirect control or diagnosis method of static eccentricity for small power induction motors with two – phase stator winding have been analysed. The informative diagnostic parameter of this method is unbalanced magnetic pull acting on the bearings of tested motor that significant increases the friction torque when the one of phase stator winding are in addition with direct – current magnetic biasing. The difference between friction torques in bearings of motor have been stated when its exitation winding in addition with direct – current magnetic biasing and without magnetic biasing is the reactive torque of motor. The main reason of this torque rise is the unbalanced magnetic pull if the static eccentricity is dominant. The basic electrical circuit for magnetic biasing of motor excitation winding have been developed. The friction torque of tested motor may be diagnosed smoothly from zero increasing the supply voltage (e.g. of control winding, while the fixed voltage is supplied to the excitation winding) until the rotor reaches stable regime of rotation.
