There is proved that the eddy currents arises in the corners of laminated construction of the magnetic system of power transformers because of the additional technological air gap. For this reason no load active losses increases. The eddy currents has been calculated for two cases: at first the borders of eddy currents flow are rectangular (the ideal case); at another time - the borders of eddy currents has an elliptic form (the real case). At first case the magnetic losses are 4/ π times more than at real case. If number of segmented parts of the corner district mounts up the general losses goes into decline. There is shown the analytical dependence of the segmented parts of magnetic system laminated corner on general active losses. The dependences of both cases looks like. The goal of inferences is to minimize active losses, inducing by the eddy currents at laminated corners of the magnetic system of power transformers. |
